Hi. Im getting a new PC tomorrow and is out for delivery for tomorrow. (From here) Any way I was just wondering if when signing into windows 10 for first time and I make a new email address will my Microsoft games and apps work?. What I mean is I ordered Quantum Break from xbox store using my xbox one and got free windows 10 version. If I sign in with a new email address will it be still there along with other things from xbox live and apps etc?.

The reason why I want a new account is that I notice that when you format your pc which im not going to do on my new one ever. Is that your account doesn't actualy format it self if you no what I mean and all settings are still the same if you have altered anything. I want to start a fresh account but with my games still there.

Thanks.

Am I right in thinking you want a completely new Windows live account to suddenly have your old Windows Live purchases etc? Why on Earth would that be the case?

Also, you're being incredibly naive about the reformatting lark, and pretty wrong.

I think the upshot is you have to use the same Microsoft Account you purchased the game with (i.e. the same you use on your Xbox).

There's an option in settings under settings>accounts>settings in Windows to choose to disable sync for things like theme, boomarks etc if you want a fresh start without inherreting hte settings from your old PC if that helps.

Yes this is exactly what I mean. Sorry if I wasn't too clear.
