New Mini ITX build advice

Hi all

Been out of the scene for a while and need to build a new machine.

I have a Corsair 900D and a 250D sat at home but only have room for the 250D at the moment.

I want to build a gaming PC on a budget using Mini ITX in the 250D simply to play DayZ (CPU intensive) and COD when i get some spare time! will all be displayed on my TV again due to space limitations although i would like a nice monitor early in the new year.

Can you suggest a build list, i already have a Corsair 800w modular PSU and the 250D and plenty of HDDs.

So i am looking for suggestions of Mobo, CPU, Ram and GPU.

Thanks for the advice guys and apologies for the late reply as I have been away.
I know some of the games I play are very CPU intensive but would an i7 make much of a different it would a higher spec i5 be better value?

Also what you would be the best deal at this sort of price point if we go full size but still within the dimensions of my case?
