New mini-itx build temps

So i've just built my new itx-build and having some problems with temps.

I appreciate temps will be more in a smaller case but pretty sure it must be a seating issue.

I have a 4770k CPU clocked to 4.6Ghz with a AIO Corsair H100i V2 cooler.

Temps across the 4 cores are jumping around a lot. More than i've ever seen on a air or custom build.

Just looking at HWMonitor now and temps are jumping between 40-60.

Based on the above do you guys reckon it must be a seating issue rather than normal temps for miniitx build with this cooler?

So after some tweaking on corsair link i set fans to maximum and so temps dont go about 70c now. but fans are wayyyy too loud.

When idle still jumping around a lot from 30-50c

That's fine temps. For me 75c is the limit.

But I can't have the fans on max. Can't hear anything.

Might have to play with corsair link and check how best to set it up. Either that or invest in some noise cancelling headphones
