New mirrorless camera(help)

I would like to buy a new camera around 300 pounds.
I use it for family portrait and holiday photos. What should i buy? Thanks in advance!!

E-PL5 twin lens kit for £339 from Currys.

Or an E-PM2 with 14-42 kit for £229 and try to find a second hand Olympus 45mm 1.8 for portraits.

Or I see a Fuji XM-1 with 16-50 kit can be had for £349 with a free additional 50-230 lens if you buy in the next few days. That sounds like a pretty good deal but I'm not really up to speed on the X system.

i like the E-PL5 but the flash is really important for me. Something similar with a pop up flash would be ideal!

The Sony RX100 is a very good performer for around that price.

The E-PL5 does come with a tiny hotshoe flash - obviously it isn't quite as convenient as a pop-up but you can just keep it on the hotshoe if you don't mind the slight extra bulk.

It's not great though.

I'm contemplating an external flash for mine. Hmmm
