New mITX build- but what gpu?

Have bought all the components for a new mitx system that'll be used for a mix of gaming, work and entertainment. Specs are:

Silverstone sg05 case + 450 watt 80+ PSU
ASRock H67 Mobo
Intel i5 2500k
8gb ddr3 hyperx blu ram
320gb 7200rpm 2.5" HD
Slim dvd drive

My budget is up to £180 but that is the absolute max. The card MUST be 10 inches or smaller in length (9.5 inches or shorter would be better) because of the case. Will mainly be used to play MW3 and Fifa 12 when they're both out and emulation with dolphin.
Suggest away! Have done a bit of research and seems to be between a gtx 460, 560, 560 ti, 5850 and 6870. So I've narrowed my choices down then

You could use non reference cards, see here http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18259304 6950 or 570 in an SG05. Thats obiously out of your budget but a good example that you don't have to stick to the cards you picked.

Out of the ones you have there the 6870 is probably the best to go in an SG05 as it is low power consumption and fairly cool running which is pretty good in a tiny case.

ASRock H67 Mobo

Is that the ASRock H67M-ITX/HT? How is it? I've been doing a lot of research trying to find the best board and none of the big three (Gigabyte, ASUS, Zotac) have sold themselves so far.
