New mobo - compatible?

Ok i want to replace a crappy board (bios featureless and want to oc)

CPU - Intel Q8300
RAM - 4GB DDR2

here is the mobo i wanna get - can u guys just double check its compatible,
Nforce 7100 chipset atm, can i skip over to a p45 without any issue?

Yes it is.

because you are swapping the core chipset logic, a re-install of windows would be ideal as it requires different drivers.
