New Mobo + CPU for CAD

Hey all,

Friend needs a new motherboard and CPU for cad work. He recently just upgraded to 2GB ram and realised what a bottleneck his old Sempron is. Means he'll have to flog his old DDR, but i presume he'll get enough money back to get 2GB DDR2.

Ideally the mobo + cpu combo can't be above £100, but a little leeway is allowed for overclocking ability. I'm not expecting a 1ghz overclock, but anything that lets me bump it up a few hundred mhz would be preferable.

Not fussed either Intel or AMD, just the best performance for the price!

Something like this would probably do, if it really has to be below £100 including delivery then drop the CPU to an E2160. Either option should allow you to reach 3ghz when paired with decent PC6400 Ram.
