New mobo for 50 notes.?

As my mobo on my second pc has died whats the best replacement I can get for around the £50 mark.?

Currently got a pentium D but will sticking a duel core in it when I up grade my main pc so will need minimal clocking capabilities.

Any suggestions.?

Gigabyte P31 Boards seem to no longer stock them here on ocuk
I bought one and have my e5200 running at 3.5ghz stable.
They are a good cheap board Google it
