I am looking to replace my old ASUS A8N-VM mobo that has started giving problem.

I am prepared to get new CPU and memory but like to keep the Antec Fusion htpc case..

My requirement:

micro ATX mobo to fit within Antec Fusion case
silent
HDMI output
built in graphics

new CPU
new memory

Thanks

budget:
£400 for mobo, cpu & memory

I think I can use the existing SATA hard disc, PS and Antec Fusion case, DVD drive etc ..

Thanks

Intel core i3, Gigabyte UD2H, 4Gb G.skill Ripjaws
