New Mobo required

Whats the best mobo now for a Q6600 that will let me keep it at 3.6ghz
and also support 2x 9800gx2's?
prev board was asus P5Q, but im fancying getting another card

ive been doing a water cooling project and during TRUE removal i (like a pillock) kind of dropped it on the board :/

anyway several parts are no longer where they should be :mad:

I wouldnt recomend a new card and SLI board, just get a normal board and either get a better card now or wait til end of year when dx11 cards are out. the nforce boards are either crap (earlier revisions) or ridiculously expensive (later revisions) definitely not worth it imo

i dont really have a choice about buying a board as mines busted ( on an old xp3200 now heh) are the X48 boards any good?

not for SLI

you need a 780i or a 790 but they are pricy still :eek:

and are a pain in the butt.

get I7 for SLI
