Just looking at getting myself a new b/b modem-router since current one (Netgear DG834GT) seems to randomly lose internet connection and only cured when I pull the power for 10s. Also Mum is getting a laptop and she wants internet all thru the house without the wires (sigh)
Anyway I was looking at this:

Currently the Wii is connected via wireless with 2 comps and PS3 directly wired in

Opinions/alternatives greatful - thanks muchly

I assume you mean a cable modem/router, than than an adsl version:
I just bought one of these

I find it pretty superb in all areas currently, may not have had it long enough to find the gremlins, but it seems a very nice product indeed.

Gigabitlan is lovely, more of an improvement than I actuall expected.
Costly though, prices seemed to have jumped dramatically, OcUK had 11 in b-grade stock, so don't know if they got a damaged consignment or not, but the price jumped since, try shopping around.

As SiriusB has said, DGTeam firmwares transform the router and include many bug fixes not found in original f/w. Definitely worth a shot!

Actually running this version of firmware:
V1.02.16 - DGTeam Rev. 0848

Mate sent it to me so I could tweak settings to get decent connection (I live WAY out in the sticks) I get around 2200-2700kbps connection speed with the tweaks whereas before struggled with 2000.
Anyway it seems since this update that the problem has arose.
