Well, had the car a while as some now and spent a bit more to tune it further. changing cams, changing management, changing from 2871 turbo to a 3071 turbo. Now running D-jetro managament which deleted the air flow meter and runs map sensor. All brought together by Richard Bradly or fastcav, top job as ever in his work removing the head, checking the bores and bottom end, having the head refinished and all built back up. next on was the minefield of mapping, so few of us got together to fly steve sadler of fc-tuning over from england. Rented elite performance rollers for the day and they were very accomodating.

As said, all above at a very conservative 1.5 bar and very safely mapped on fuelling. Does run at 1.8 bar and made a bit more but no graphs. 1.5 bar is plenty to tend with (Y)

Future plans ? Who knows. Might go and setup a topmount and external wastegate :-# Next winter will involve more plans but all summer to think about them. But i may gather parts over the summer
Comments welcome

Thanks

very nice. although, as you say, its got to be an interesting drive with the sudden increase in power. Also not ideal for day to day in that you have to get up to 5000rpm to be in the power, but then if you want 400bhp++ from 2 litres....

Oh, skirts are staying. With the carbon boot and bonnet and vented arches and genuine jap spec bumpers front and rear, it works fine with the skirts. Otherwise i would have them off and standard touring ones fitted

It doesn't, but whatever you say ;)

As for the stroker kit, do it. Get a twinscroll setup too.
