Quick question:

Were one wishing to do so, could one swap the 5x108 hubs from a Mondeo on to a Focus?

Or would it be a job for hub adapters?

Can we just clarify which models we are talking about - 96-01 Mondeo and 98-04 Focus share the same hub assembly anyway IIRC? I'm presuming you mean the 01- Mondeo becuase someone has a set of ST220 alloys or similar, which are 5 stud, that they wish to fit on a 4 stud Focus?

As the monkey said - no cigar.

We want 5x108 wheels to fit a 4x108 car...I know the newer Mondeos have the correct PCD.

So if it's not possible, it would have to be hub adapters.

ST220 Alloys are so far off the mark, I laughed and a bit of wee came out.
