New Monitor advice, will my build be able to cope?

Hello, Built a new machine a few years ago and only recently I am looking into moving from my LG W2246T to something a lot bigger such as 29" - 34" 2560 x 1080 Super Wide Monitors which are in the Overclockers Monitor section.

Just needed some advice really if my current built would be able to support the upgrade.

Daily use involves gaming, internet surfacing, maybe some video making with Sony Vegas so split screen option will come in handy.

Intel i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30HGHZ
8gb Ram
GeForce GTX 560 TI MSI - 2 GIG I believe.
1TB SSD

Which games do you play? If anything relatively recent, I think that GPU is going to struggle to play at native resolution with good settings.
