Good afternoon all
I have just purchased a 1080 with which I'm happy.
But my Samsung U28D590D monitor has bit the dust and I'm looking for a replacement.
The question is do I get another 4k set or go for an IPS screen.
The sammy was a 1ms response time, however the IPS ones here seem to be 4ms, so the question is would I notice the difference in response times ??
And should I be looking at 100hz or 144hz screens ?
I play a few fps shooters like Falllout 4, Farcry 4, and also play Project cars
