I’ve been using my current monitor, a BenQ XL2420T, since 2012 and it’s getting a bit long in the tooth now so I’m looking to upgrade to something more modern, sleek, vibrant and a bit bigger. My desktop is mainly used for gaming and watching films/TV and I’m running an i7-4790K CPU, along with a GTX 980 Ti GPU, though I’m considering an upgrade to a GTX 1080 Ti (or maybe something a bit better, depending on available funds) sometime soon. My budget for the monitor is around £300, give or take.
