New monitor having issue's

Hey guys,

So i bought a new monitor today and have it now set-up.
Its the Ilyama prolite E2409HDS. But it seems to have a weird issue.

The image looks like a old analogue tv where the signal is interupted a little bit. when its black screen it shows a a weird screen.. i realy dont know how to say it in english im sorry if im not making any sense atm im from holland so please forgive me:(

Would any1 know what i'd be doign wrong?
 
Oke im posting again in here cuz the problem seem to have returned... again my visuals are all corraly like it has to much or to lill gamma...but if im trying different gamma settings it wont go away.

It looks like a it has a unclear signal like when the TV has a bad signal.. any advice pls...?????

It is connected via DVI. my specs are as followed:
i5 2500K @ 4.5 ghz
4GB ram
GTX560 Ti @950/1900/2350
1tb f3 hdd
w7 32 bit ( i know suxxx!)
msi p67s-c43 B3

the refresh rate is 60hz...i cant put it any higher would this be the problem? also it doesnt change if i put my gfx card on standart clock speeds

a lill update...it just dissapeared again out of nothing was reading some things bout this monitror and it just dissapeared during the read...is this cuz the screen has to "warm-up"? lol cant imagine though...revieuws seem to be decent about this screen
