I have just bought the Iiyama XB2783HSU-B1 Monitor, ever since I have been getting quite dizzy, could this be the problem? At first the monitor was very dull so I used Nvidia settings to tweak it. Sharpness is set to 3 out of 5 on my monitor, all other settings are through Nvidia control panel.

Could it be the brightness and contrast settings?...as they seem to be set quite high ?...if I had my monitor set that high I would be getting a headache pretty quick .

reset the Nvidia control panel back to defaults and adjust the settings on the monitor. Try a site like lagom monitor calibration to set brightness and contrast.

Thanks for the tip. On the white saturation page, I can't see the last two, on the black level page I can't see the last three, no matter how high or low or put the brightness or contrast?

Not all monitors will be able to see every level. Don't worry about it, just follow the instructions along as best you can.

Reset the nvidia settings, then reduce the gamma setting, this should reduce eye strain.

What is the refresh rate of the monitor? Lower refresh rates can make me feel dizzy.

Be careful .....because if you are getting dizzy it can be a sign of impending seizure..would advise a trip to the GP

Is it bigger than what you're used to? Might be moving you're head more than usual.

After switching from 24" to 27" I found it took a few weeks to adjust properly.
