New Monitor Motion Testing: TestUFO (web-based PixPerAn replacement)

The new Blur Busters UFO Motion Tests at www.testufo.com is now in open public beta. It is 100% HTML5 and requires no Flash, no plugins. (Google Chrome appears to works best). Make sure you have the system pre-requisites at www.testufo.com/browser.html

Several tests can be selected at the upper-left corner.
Very useful for these things:
-- Showing your friends 30fps versus 60fps (versus 120fps)
-- Testing for existence of monitor PWM
-- Testing ghosting & motion blur
-- Testing for frame skipping (monitor overclocking)
etc.



Make sure you are using a supported web browser with VSYNC support.
-- Chrome 18+ (usually perfect)
-- Opera 15+ (usually perfect)
-- Internet Explorer 10+ (limited to 100Hz VSYNC)
-- FireFox 24+ (a bit stuttery)
-- Safari 6+ (for Mac's, iPhone's and iPad's)
