new monitor needed (not that clued up when it comes to them)

So last night the shelf above my monitor fell off, must admit there was quite a lot of stuff on there and knocked my monitor over was way to tired to check if everything was okay last night so turned it on this morning and half of the screen is ****ed up.

So i need a new screen preferably 22-24" but dont mind a little bigger if its within budget, budget is around £150 (spent a fair bit if money this weekend) i dont mind going b-grade if there are some good offers to be had.
