New monitor spec please

Right still undecided on what I'm doing with my current rig so thought I would go out today and buy a new monitor to get the ball rolling

I've been looking at these two S24E390HL S24E510C
Does anyone use either of these or if not could spec me a good monitor up to £150.
don't really want to go any higher on price,
I use it for mostly browsing, some gaming and photo editing and watching hd/blurry rips to check quality prior to watching on my bigger tv.

I highly recommend an ips panel. If you are on a tight budget then maybe a va panel.

I went out to buy one of the above and ended up getting the hp24xw,

Not taken it out the box yet wanted to see I have bought a lemon or not :/
