new monitor time 27" 1440p

hi guys looking for some info on a new monitor, i ordered the AOC 27" AG274QXM last month when i was on offer £800 down to £300 but now being told its not available, so well annoyed atm So now have to look at a different monitor.

Im currectly looking at the following, but is there anything else i should look at, i have a 4070ti.

I'd recommend the G2724D as well. I'm currently running the older version of it, the S2721DGF. It has been an excellent display for the price; I will probably pick up another one if I don't opt for an ultrawide instead.

thank you guys, gives me somethings to think about and maybe going for an ultrawide, but i only have a small 1200mm wide desk would i be to close to it or should i stick to a 27" monitor.

The AW3423DWF at £599 currently makes this look like a dreadful deal!

i missed that deal so not sure to wait and see if it comes up again or go for the AW2723DF as it on sale for £400 atm
