New monitor up to 1k

Looking for a little help.

Getting back into gaming, about to build a new PC most likely will be Coffee Lake i7 with Nvidia 1080ti.

Would you kind folks give me your recommendations for a new monitor.

Willing to spend up to £1000, however like us all would like to only spend what is needed for a quality monitor to last a good few years.

decent refresh rate would be good. Would like at least 1440.

27” would be minimum in honesty. However I used to like my 29” super wide before. Was only a 1080 though.

Might be interesting to read about the 200hz 35” what price is it thought to cost?

Hmm certainly look like beastly monitors.
But still a long wait I bee reading the x34 is top gaming monitor presently.
Which is a surprise at 60hz

Well the Asus is an additional £200 and I can’t say I really like the orange bit at the bottom. This being the main reason against it. Additionally reviews rate the Acer to be better.

What are people’s thoughts on?
