New Monitor - what to choose? LG C1 / Nanocell or QLED / or dedicated ROG monitor?

I've been using a cheap Philips 4k 43" monitor for the last few years as my main display but it has lots of 'burn in' / inconsistant shading all over it, so I've decided to treat myself to a new one. At first, I was looking at the 43" Asus ROG 144hz monitors, but it's hard to ignore that I can get an LG C1 43" for the same price pretty much, however, i'm still using a ROG 1080Ti gfx card so can't take advantage of the HDMI2.1 yet for 120hz. But, it gives me a good reason to upgrade my graphics too (Probably go for a 3070ti in the current pricing climate).

My only worry is burn in issues on the Oled displays, whilst I don't sit at my computer for hours and hours most days, there are occasional times where i'll sit for hours playing geoguessr / FiveM and watching YT videos, I'm assuming that this won't be too much of an issue, as long as I use a screensaver for the times i'm AFAK?

My other option was to consider a Samsung NEO QLED or an LG Nanocell tv instead as these don't suffer burn in, but how do they compare to the OLED for gaming etc? I do have an 8K LG nanocell tv already, but haven't plugged my PC into it to test it, nor can i really be bothered haha. For the record, i'm not a pixel peeper kind of person, gaming at 60hz doesn't really botrher me as i've never experienced anything better, however I do want the best I can afford, and as it stands, i'm going out to buy the LG C1 today if that's the best choice?

Thanks

I went for the C1 :D
