New Monitor

Hi,

Thinking of getting a new Monitor and was wondering about the 4K side of things and would like some help please.

The Graphics card I have is a Gigabyte Radeon R9 290 Rev2.0 WindForce 3X OC 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express, would that be able to run Battelfield ect in 4k
on a 4k monitor ?

The Monitor I have now is a IIyama Prolite E2473HS 24.

Would just like some advice that's all from people who know what there talking about before I jump in.

I play mostly BF4 on my 290 and I have just ordered a 1440p monitor instead as I wanted to keep the graphics reasonably high.

Not arrived yet though so I can't tell you how it performs in game unfortunately
