Hi all, I currently use this:

BenQ XL2420G 24" G-Sync 144Hz 1ms Gaming Widescreen LED Monitor - Black

I solely play games - war zone, eft, mainly FPS games.

I’m looking for a new monitor but not got massive budget really - hopefully less than £350.

im not massively fussed about 4K so planning for 1440.

current pc:

msi b550 gaming edge WiFi
5800x
32gb 3600 ram
3070 fe

Wouldn't even get gaming capable 4K monitor for even remotely near that budget.

Do you have normal room illumination, or do you prefer darkened room?
If you prefer darkened room, VA panels way highest contrast of LCDs would be advantage.
Otherwise IPS is better with consistently fast response times.

For example this would have one of the fastest reponse times.
MSI OPTIX 27" G273QF 2560x1440 IPS 165Hz 1ms FreeSync/G-Sync Widescreen LED Backlit Gaming Monitor= £258.95
Though stand has barely any adjustments.

Can't be beaten at the moment.
