new motherbaord needed

had my GA 965P-DS3P die on mythe other day and returned it to another online shop and got refunded and need a new motherboard now.

need help people not sure what to go for now. got about 80 quid to play with i guess.
 
do you need the 2nd physical x16/electrical x1 PCI-E slot?
If so the OcUK/J&W IP35 Pro is probably the cheapest but it doesn't have Intel RAID.
MSI P35 Neo2-FR Intel P35 looks like good value.
abit's & Gigabyte's solutions are also worth looking at if you don't need the 2nd physical x16/electrical x4 slot.
