Hi my current setup is as follows

windows 7 64bit pro
ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3
Intel Core i7 2600K Antec h20 920 cooler
16gb corsair vengance
Radeon 7990

i am wanting to upgrade and need some advice,
what do i upgrade to was thinking about this

I am using my pc for purely gaming only,(not into overclocking either) is it worth upgrading to this?
Or is there somthing else i should be looking at?
also will my antec cooler work with this cpu?

You'll see very little increase (for a lot of money). If you were video editing (heavily) that'd be different but soley for gaming, very little difference atall.

And, if you did HAVE to upgrade id suggest you go for the 4790k instead, as it offer basically the same performance as the 5820k (gaming).

Realistically you have a very comparible CPU to the 4790k. Just make sure you OC it a lot and you'll be fine for a while.. (aim for 5ghz). :)
 
Indeed, no point in upgrading, what you currently have is still good, overclock the cpu to get a free performance boost, you don't need to go mad :)
 
What monitor do you have? If it's a rubbish one, could be a good idea to possibly get a new one? :)
