New motherboard, cpu and ram

I am finally giving my poor old FX 6300 and gigabyte motherboard away to a friend, it works great and has served me well for years.

I am looking at a 3600 or X version if funds permit, 16G or hyperX predator memory. I am stumbling on the motherboard, X570 is a must but which one do I go for ?

I am not sure I would over clock the CPU manually, just let the auto settings run it for me. Any recommendations please ?

X570 boards are really usefull only for 12/16 cores.
And with good case cooling £100 MSI B450 Tomahawk wouldn't be bad for those.

Neither is 3600X sensible.
3600 and [url="https://www.overclockers.co.uk/arctic-freezer-34-cpu-cooler-120mm-hs-077-ar.html"]proper cooler is £20 cheaper and possibly even better than 3600X limited by stock cooler.

Neither is Hype-X any special memory when same price level gets second best memories after binned Samsung B-dies.[/url]
