New Motherboard Question...

I'm very sure I have a motherboard fault, and I will be RMA'ing it in the next few days. Quick question, if I install a new motherboard, will I have to re-install my OS completely? Or will it just take it straight off the HDD?

If you use the same model/similar enough board it will be fine - if you go with a different manufacturer and chipset, it'll likely complain.
