New motherboard - which one?

Which mobo will give me:

4x sata3 + ports
2x pci EX3.0
socket 1155 with 3rd gen ivy bridge
capable of amazing overclocking potential

Also you will see that two of the SATAIII ports are directly controlled by the Intel chipset and the other two are from a third party chip (Marvell for example) the third party controlled ports give worse performance.
