Asrock xFire-esata2 (AMD 480X chipset)

to...

Gigabyte GA-MA790FX-DS5 (AMD 790FX chipset)

Do you reckon its worth the upgrade, and would you reckon i will get much/any increase in performance?

You'll see a little, but the MSI mentioned in the other thread is supposed to be better.
