Atm I have the deathadder blue version 3500dpi. I have been using this for about a year. I have been noticing more often that my fourth and fifth finger on the right hand side is getting cramped more often now.

I play quite a bit of Bf3 clan wars etc and to me im not too sure but are my fingers meant to feel cramped, should I look into a new mouse or am I being just weird and should deal with it.

In a couple of months ill be going to a Lan party in Portugal to verse against the top teams they have but im not sure if its worth replacing it or not

Your fingers aren't meant to feel cramped, no. If I were in your situation, I'd look into getting a new mouse.

I wouldn't buy the G500 now when the G500S is due literally any day now.

It's going to be my Deathadder replacement as soon as OCUK have it in stock

I currently use the CM Sentinel Adv. II, it is very comfortable.

However, if your fingers are cramping up I wouldn't be blaming the mouse, it's like getting a sore back from sitting down on the chair for hours, it's not the chair :p.

Well first of all, you shouldnt feel pain at all so definitely change mice.
Also, my general advice is to stay away from Razer. Logitech G500 is a very good choice, a mate has it and it is extremely confortable. I own the Imperator 4G and although it is good, razers quality isnt. Another friend has a Deathadder 2013 and it is terrible. Cant palm or claw it as its so uncomfortable.
Logitech, Steelseries, Zowie or Corsair mice are the ones id recommend, at least from the top of my head.

Title asks for a pad as well and I own the steelseries 4HD, 9HD is just a bigger versions. Absolutely LOVE the thing, grippy on surfaces but smooth as butter for mice. Does feel a bit like sand paper though which is surprising.

I'll just throw this out there - used the same mouse for 9 years (mousepad also) and never once had the issues you describe, and that's for on average 10 hours a day so you absolutely need to look into getting something else :p

If you're curious I use mx518 mouse and qck heavy steel mousepad (40x30cm)

that corsair mouse looks extremely sexy so ill have to check that out. but im also tempted to get both mouses the g700 and m65 lol ill check out that mousepad as well

Just my oppinion so dont get butthurt anyone (people do that round here lol) I would'nt bother with the g500s have you seen them? they look rank, and logitech have a nack of ruining there own good products. The origional G9 was and is infinately better than the g9x. Also with the new ones coming out the g500 will come down in price, i have it and love it to bits and have owned some top end mice in my time (rat9 razer mamba) with regards the mouse mat i would'nt buy another ocuk one, im actually thinking of phoneing and getting a refund i've had mine not even one month yet and its alreadt freying on the bottom -_- had my razer goliathus mouse mat 2years before it started to do that :|
so for soft mousemats i'd reccomend one of them, be sure to get the one with stiched edges.

If you're finding you're getting cramps the mouse is too small.

Shogun Bros Ballista MK1 or Func MS-3 (the Func probably) should probably be at the top of your shopping list.

guys I have narrowed it down to 3 option the logitech g700, corsair 65 or the Shogun Bros Ballista MK1. Have you guys had any what are your experience with them?
