New Mouse, Keyboard & Mat Suggestions

you would spend £139.12 on peripherals?
EDIT: just noticed your sig, guess you have the money to spend :p

Could have a look at logitech gear? You seem to be a Razer fan

Got the Razer blue (1800dpi) and the razer eXactmat and the are the mutts nutts if I do say so myself!

Just got a cheap £15 logitech keyboard myself!

I received my Razer eXactmat last week.

Great gaming surface. It has a control and a speed side, which is nice.
I've found myself using the control side more, as I don't play too many First-person shooters.

+1

It's big (~33(w) x ~25(l) cm) but not so big that it takes up a disproportionate amount of desking (i.e. it's not so big that it looks out of place). Solid construction of aluminium covered with the 'Control' and 'Speed' surfaces. Decent non-slip feet on the corners too. Really can't praise it enough.

Oh and the wrist rest is really comfortable if you go for that option.

With regards to mice, I've recently bought a Roccat Kone, it's been good but haven't using it yet over long periods (both in one sitting and simply using it daily over X amount of weeks/months) so couldn't really comment on that. I used to won the Logitech MX518 which was a great piece of kit, though I suspect you're wanting something a little more expensive/new.

tw1sted.

i did and im glad i did.

had my stuff for 2 year's now and still as good as the day i got them.

pay a bit more and they will last you.

I've just bought my Reclusa (MS Keyboard), Habu (MS Mouse) and Razer ExactMat from OCUK. No regrets whatsoever. It looks well good be it in a lit room or a dark room.
Absolutely recommended.

If you prefer the "Logitech shape" then consider the Roccat Kone. I bought this and cannot fault a single thing. Awesome piece of kit, paired with a razer Destructor.

I'm a razer fan aswell, I've got the lycosa, deathadder and the razer goliathus alpha speed mat gaming surface, it was all well worth the money and can recommend them all. The deathadder especially, best mouse I've used.

Yeap, I have the Kone and it fits my hand well (previous G5/MX518 user here).

There have been some issues about the scroll breaking though, so careful if you're heavy handed.

That being said I'm until last month I was using am old school MS 'Banana mouse' and Cherry keyboard I've had for nearly 15 years, which included years of CS:S, BF2 and TF action.

Cost a lot less than £139.12

All well and good, I'm used to my Kone and surface now and my snap aim has NEVER been this good, never.

Cheap? No.

Worth it? Yes.
