new mouse

yes i have had a quality logitech g15 for ages now but now i want a class mouse to go with it, keep it reasonable! i do a good bit of gaming

Well what is reasonable to you? Wireless or wired? A Logitech G7 would be my suggestion if you want wireless, the re-released Intellimouse v3 might be worth a look if you prefer wired but basically the best thing to do is go into a shop and try a few to see what suits your hand.

oh yea wireless ofcourse. i really like the look of the g7 bit overpriced maybe, anyone have first hand experience with it? is it the best there is?

In this case I have both mice(although it is the old Intellimouse v.3) and the G7 is a very good mouse, comfortable in the hand, very responsive, convenient rechargable battery packs and I like the on-the-fly sensitivity adjustment. That said it isn't particularly cheap at ~£50(I got mine in Canada so it looks like the limited edition carbon ones) but it has the feeling of quality. It does only have one left side button but the wheel tilts left and right as well as the normal wheel click.

Like I say though none of this is any good unless it feels comfortable in your hand, it doesn't matter how good anyone else finds it.
