Thinking about replacing my Microsoft Intellimouse V2 and replacing mouse pad. Any recommendations?

Looking at a Logitech G5, also a 30p black fabric mouse mat.. are those mats ok for optical mice?

Does yours have the bug where it needs unplugging and plugging back in sometimes to work when you start windows?

That is my only complaint with this mouse, really annoying.

No idea, Im used to it now, even if i fixed it id still unplug it as a force of habit!

i would recomend the copperhead wit exactmat and wrist rest. seems perfect set up and never had any problems wit it disconnecting and my pc crashes all the time.

i had a mx revolution whcih started to go wrong and also a ulti-mat or w/e there called but it wore through the teflon coating and went rusty.
