New MSI 670 power edition won't start

Spoke to overclockers, getting it tested there to see if its a faulty card, which it has to be because its the only thing preventing my comp to start up, will get a replacement and that should work as they also think its faulty, however if that doesnt work then im sticking clear of nvidia cards with my amd cpu/mobo as they dont seem to agree
