New MSN problem

Is anyone having problems with the new MSN (8.1 beta) that has just come out? Espcially those running RC2. I downloaded it last night and installed it but once I minimise then enlarge it again it comes up with an unspecified error and shuts down.

I tried rolling back to a previous version but it just tells me i need to upgrade and i cant use that version (downloaded beginning of november, not sure what version). Can someone provide me with the previous version to this new one so i can see if that works?

Ah ok thanks. It bemuses me a little as to why it has come up as "new version of msn available" if it is a beta version? Meh
