New Multifunctional Printer.

Hi guys,

The time has finally come to upgrade my trusty old Epson C62, which has of late, started to produce prints far from the quality of its heyday

I’ve always had Epson because of the cheap non-gen inks you can use with them and their out and out reliability, but whatever you can recommend, I’m happy to listen.

We’ve got a Epson RX420 downstairs which is quite nice, so I’m after something like that I suppose; a decent quality all rounder (lots of text, the odd picture in high quality etc) multifunctional printer that’s economical to run

Any suggestions?

I've just purchased a HP 2575 Photosmart and its very nice.
Works a dream with Vista (even 64bit)
Networked too

Oh and I got it half price

Yeah - just had a look at it? Looks good. I bet the ink costs the earth though

Can also highly recommend the HP Deskjet 5940. Very good quality multi purpose printer.
