New name please

Thanks for your continued membership.

For a name change application to be complete you must first:

Purchase an unsliced loaf of hovis, hollow out said loaf from the underneath ensuring shape is maintained and hole is of an 8 inch diameter or greater.

Spell required name across bare chest in whipped cream, in reverse so that it is readable to others.

Enter a public area in only a pair of shorts, with previously mentioned loaf on ones head.

Have photograph taken with atleast 5 other people.

Profit.
