New need better cooling, options?

Currently have my rig set-up like this

2x 120mm fans pulling air through the front and a 120mm exhaust with a second 120mm fan in the PCIEX vent.

My 7950's still run stupid hot though so wondering if there's any options to improve?

Was thinking of reversing the fans... i.e the rear and PCIEX blowing air in and the front 2x 120mm fans exhausting it through the front of the case.

What case fans do you have?
Are you using the stock fans on on the antec?

I'm using Arctic Cooling F12's on a fan controller

Yea I am... never used a custom one and wouldn't know how to make an effective one tbh
