New Numberplates needed

Not after anything fancy, it is just a Focus after all !

I'd like to get ones with an approved GB logo on for a euro trip... but most of the places I see on line have some chavvy additional logo's on there.

Any suggestions on where I can order some online?

Halfrauds did mine, they are legal, took 5 minutes to do and cheap. Plus all the logos etc are in nearly the same color as the plate so you can hardly see them.

Otherwise dealers tend to charge about the same.

I got mine from Ebay. Blue GB logo and the EU stars, around a tenner for front and rear. I'm pre the detail at the bottom though, so not sure if they're technically legal on a newer car.

They need the BSAU mark to be legal if using the newer style on plate formatting.

Just head over to halfords. Be prepared though, they asked me to show them the paperpart of my driving license/passport and the V5 document.

I got mine from ebay Gareth, cost absolutely peanuts and no faffing around with v5 copies, has all the bsau markings too etc

Local motor factors will make a pair up for less than £10.

I bought some from Fancyplates recently.

If you select 'Standard plates' they come with BSAU markings and the postcode. Perfectly legal, despite ordering from the Internet.

I think I paid £15 posted for a pair with GB/EU symbols.
