New Nvidia Drivers - ATI tool ?? artefacts

any ideas please I've used ATI tool before for the stress test

but not working now - not sure if its my 8800GTX or a driver issue .... any ideas please ?

I get "delta of 161 on 2 pixels" - all the time - constant beeping, but timer without errors continues ... ??

yellow pixel is constant and does not move

any ideas ?

I have exactly the same thing. See here.

I have the G80 like you, so could be a problem relating to that. Only thing is, I keep seeing other artifacts on the mouse pointer, which can't be explained, and no amount of gaming/stress testing causes problems. I think it must be a problem with ATItool and the G80.

GTX280 card gets them occasionally too, but no problems during game play (at least now I figured one of my cards is faulty), I doubt it's anything to worry about.

I get the same thing with my ultra. Its a bit of a pain when trying to overclock but doesn't seem to affect gaming at all.

I know this is going back a while now but if you go into settings>artifact scanning and enable 'use old (more compantable?) scanning method' it seems to solve the problem and there are no random deltas.
