New Nvidia GPU Units and Core p5900

Don't think there is an answer yet - but the raised priority, only really affected the 1.23 client that not available anymore due to a bug.

In essance the silly high ppd was due to only 40-60% of each caculation step being completed (but not eue'ing) so artifically high ppd recorded, but no science.

There was a subtle bug in the 1.23 core that wasn't exposed in beta that I patched in 1.24 (unrelated to the stuttering fix). As a consequence of the bug, some of the science wasn't being executed correctly, which produced the artificial PPD boost. The runtimes (and PPD per card type) on 1.24 that have been posted seem to be in line with expectations.

It's the long term effect of the uneven power loading that has me slighly concerned, especially with the earilier CUDA drives I need to run in XP so my AutoCAD will run...
This results in my cpu and gpu spikeing, not just the gpu as designed. :(

Edit: Just thought I'd try the newest nvidia drivers 182.08 - and result - single figure cpu usage and working AutoCAD - happy bunny :D
Maybe even a small ppd increase but you just can't tell with this wu
It's no slower than 178.xx - which 180.xx and 181.xx were for me
