New ocuk computer won't load windows

I had my new computer delivered today...

...and when I tried to load windows xp, it kept getting stuck on driver.cab.

Anyone have any idea what might be causing the problem? I'm going to try a different copy of xp tomorrow, but i'm not convinced that's the problem.

dodgey install disk or need to run memtest.
id check the disk first though.

does it give you an error or does it just take ages?

driver.cab is the biggest file on the xp install disc, it might just be in the middle of copying it.. -try a different ide/sata cable or port, or drive or cd (cables + dvd drives i mean)

no, it says it can't copy it. how do you perform a memtest?
will i void the warranty if i open the case?

Do that & also make sure the copy works on another PC. If so, I'd contact OcUK (here) since its a Pre-built system

Much to my surprise, the other cd worked!
I had to change the boot device because I got that ntldr is missing error,
but now everything is working great!
