New Office PC help

Hi all, i am after building a Home Office PC got a budget of £700 just need the computer got everything else. I use my computer for eBay business, Microsoft office, watching films, streaming Netflix, Amazon prime, Only game i play is civilization, would i require a Graphics card or onboard graphics be enough?
Options for AMD and Intel setups welcome, this is the case i would like to build it in looking at a small form computer thanks for any help.

From what I can gather, the higher-end APUs (e.g. 4650G, 4750G) can play Civ at 1080p. The Intel IGP (e.g. 9400, 10100, 10400) is too weak. The Rocket Lake IGP will probably be capable enough, but haven't seen any benchmarks yet.

Civ 6 needs 1gb vram so ive added a gt 1030 and psu you need sfx but a better quality is nearly double .

Gone intel quad core.
