So picked up an MSI armor 1070ti from overclockers clearance.

I assume by now all the latest drivers are bug free and I've nothing to worry about, or should I go for a certain version?

Upgrading my rx580 8gb, so hoping to see a nice boost on my 1440p gaming. Hoping to get 100-120 for the old card as a bit of an offset for the "new" one. Makes it an easier sell to the missus :D.

Anything in particular I should watch out for, be aware of etc?

I'm hopeful I can get it working with my freesync monitor (it can do that now right?).

There's a few reported issues with the latest Nvdia driver, I'd stick with 451.48 for now.

Install the "clean" version if you want to get rid of a few running Nvidia telemetry processes.

Unless your monitor is certified Gysnc compatible by Nvidia then it's a crapshoot whether it'll work fully Gysnc'd or not.

Thanks for the advice, I'll download the driver now, ready hopefully for delivery tomorrow.

It's not on the list provided by Nvidia, so I guess we'll see.
