New Orbit 2 - Will not turn on :(

I got a new Orbit 2 yesterday and for some reason it will not turn on. Ive tried everything but nothing happens when i press the power button?! Ive tried it plugged in, but it should be fully charged as it was earlier!

Anyone got any ideas, this is very frustrating!

Ive just tried hard resetting the device, it completes then you have to hit the Send button to reset the device, it resets, gets to the welcome screen (which has no red text on it any more ?) and then turns itself off again?! This is really frustrating

Oh well, the phone turned on for 5 minutes, in which time it proceeded to get too hot to actually touch it, then died. Then batery is also boiling, and the screen is now very discoloured. I only got the thing yesterday, but it was fine then, now its just self destructed, how very odd! I presume if i ring my insurance company (who sent me the phone in the first place) they would be the ones to arrange another replacement??

If it gets delivered on monday, that will be the 4th handset i have got through in 4 weeks! Are these all signs to say i shouldnt own a mobile phone?!

unlucky..it could have been just faulty battery?

I have the orbit 2 and havn't had any problems like you described.
