Ten dead, several injured during NYE celebrations. Ran people over then shot at the police.

At least 10 killed after vehicle hits crowd of people in New Orleans

At least another 35 people have been injured in the incident, which took place on the corner of the popular Bourbon Street, in the French Quarter of the city.

It sounds similar to the one in Germany, including having a bomb in the vehicle.

Sky is reporting that law enforcement are talking about a possible black flag with writing on the truck. That would point to ISIS I think if true.

FBI don't think this scumbag was working on his own. Two IED's have been made safe. Sounds like this could have been much worse.
