New OS ?

Im gonna build a computer very soon, it involved buying a new mobo.

Will I have to get a new OS aswell in addition? With the current computer I got, I never received the disk with windows, umm... everytime I format its just there basically, like the windows CD is inside all the time, but it isnt.

So ?

Im using Vista home premium at the moment.

What if I reuse the hard drive in the new build ?

Hm right.... kinda confused now.

This is what i was planning on buying

GTX460
Phenom II X2 BE 3.2ghz
DDR3 Mobo
Ram.

So does this mean Ill have to buy a new hard drive aswell ? :/
Could I not just reuse the hard drive i got now and Install a new windows on it ?
